Sridhar Ramanathan, over at the Pacifical Group Blog, just published an article on the best practices demand generation.  The article is based on a recent interview with he did with Charlie Shafton, Director of Marketing Programs at Aspect Software.

I like the article because it touches on several critical success factors for B2B lead generation success that I’ve addressed including:
